Developing resilience requires acceptance\, focus\, and a willingness to effectively prioritize one’s time through self-management practices. Resilience has gained more importance as work/life balance has diminished\, as crisis\, workplace transformation\, and time demands have contributed to higher levels of stress in our careers and lives. \nFocus: The “Power of Resilience” workshop explores barriers to resilience and illustrates how changes in attitude and mindset can help you develop and grow this critical leadership trait.  In this class\, you will complete the Johari Window assessment. \nPrework or Assessment: Complete Johari’s Window reading and assessment. \nWho Should Attend: It is suitable for staff at all levels\, new learners\, and those who may want to revisit previous learning. \nNOTE: Registration closes 3 weeks in advance of class to allow participants to complete the assessment \nInvestment for this class: $120 \nREGISTER NOW
