The Forever Young Hardship Fund for Performing Arts honors the life and legacy of Ron Young, a beloved singer, songwriter, journalist, music historian, and stage actor. Ron was always ready to help a fellow musician or actor in need with his time, his presence, and his gifts. When faced with his own time of need, the community he supported for so long rallied around him.

This fund will pay that support forward by offering financial assistance to Texas musicians and actors experiencing hardship, whether they are experiencing medical challenges, have been displaced due to Mother Nature or simply struggling with life challenges. Your support for this fund will help keep the Texas music and live theatre community, and Ronald Lee Young's memory and legacy forever young and alive.
