HOLT Fellows Program

Inspiring, Mentoring and Sustaining Nonprofit Executives.

HOLT Values-Based Leadership™ Fellows Program

The HOLT Values-Based Leadership™ Fellows Program is a unique, interactive leadership development program for 501(c)(3) executives. The program provides training to nonprofit CEOs, from those new to the role to seasoned executives, as well as senior-level leaders poised for executive leadership. Senior-level leaders include those in roles who report directly to the CEO, manage a departmental budget and oversee staff.

The curriculum for the 9-month program centers around the HOLT’s Values Based Leadership™ model and other proven leadership concepts developed and implemented by HOLT CAT over the last 30 years. Other local experts provide training in communication, strategic planning, diversity, equity and inclusion and more.

Scholarships may be available. Subject to funding availability. Contact learning@saafdn.org to inquire.

FAQs

Orientation is part of the program, and we highly encourage attendance.

The orientation will set expectations for participants and is a perfect forum to begin to network with peers in the program.

All sessions (with the exception of orientation) will be in-person and locations will be announced in advance.

Only our orientation will be recorded as this is the only session that will be virtual.

This is an interactive course that requires participant attention. Fellows can miss no more than two class days (i.e., 12 contact hours) to complete the program and earn a certificate.

We have a payment option available. Please select the appropriate option on our payment screen.
