Nonprofit organizational readiness is crucial to effective fundraising. Organizations that have a clear mission and goals, strong leadership, financial stability, effective programs and services, and strong relationships can create a strong foundation for fundraising success.
Objectives:
• Understand the importance of nonprofit organizational readiness and its role in effective fundraising. Participants will learn how having a clear mission and goals, strong leadership, financial stability, effective programs and services, and strong relationships can help create a strong foundation for fundraising success.
• Learn the benefits of diversifying funding sources for nonprofit organizations, such as reducing dependency on a single source of funding, increasing financial stability, improving relationships with donors, expanding reach, and building organizational capacity.
Who Should Attend: Staff and volunteers at all levels of a nonprofit who are involved in nonprofit strategic planning, operations, programming, and fundraising.
