Nonprofit staff and volunteers spend their time helping others, but what about care for yourself. This class will present a variety of ways you can relax, unwind, and take care of your mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Who should attend?
Anyone interested in learning how to replace stress with peace and calm.
- Take part in self-pampering activities and exercises
- Engage the senses in relaxation activities
- Generate ideas to create sacred space and a place for refuge within yourself
