This two-day course is focused on learning practical and hands-on strategies for successful organizational fundraising. The expanded course will address traditional fundraising strategies, the donor cycle, an introduction to grant research, writing and management, individual giving with an emphasis on major gifts, corporate partnerships, earned income, crowdfunding, and more. Through interactive sessions and real-world examples, attendees will develop actionable plans to create a balanced and sustainable funding portfolio, ensuring long-term organizational success.
