
To promote innovation and support deep partnerships between multiple organizations working toward collective impact at program, neighborhood, or policy levels.
Collaborative applications are being accepted until June 30th, 2025. There are two types of eligible categories: ‘Discrete Programs’ and ‘Community Collaboratives.’ Both categories will require 3 or more committed institutional partners. Up to one year of funding will be provided. ‘Discrete Programs’ are for program providers looking to innovate and/or deepen key partnerships. ‘Community Collaboratives’ are for backbones of ongoing partnerships with projected impact at the neighborhood level or greater.
