The Dee Howard Foundation Fund was established in memory of aviation pioneer and entrepreneur Dee Howard for the support of programs that enhance excellence and global leadership of the automotive and aviation sectors in San Antonio, Texas. We seek to inspire, challenge and empower innovators in these fields while training a skilled workforce for San Antonio.

Dee was a unique combination of engineering genius and entrepreneurial talents. He built two aviation companies in his lifetime that employed thousands. He also built several smaller non-aviation companies that employed hundreds and created jobs for hundreds more employed by the vendors and suppliers to Dee’s companies. We hope to enable others to dream as big as Dee did, and to provide them with the skills, education, and training necessary to act on those dreams and take charge of their futures.
