The Jeffrey Family Memorial Foundation Fund was established in loving memory of three cherished members of the Jeffrey family—Emlyn Jeffrey, Penelope “Penny” Jeffrey, and Madelyn “Emmy” / “Maddy” Jeffrey—whose lives were tragically lost in the Guadalupe River flood on July 4, 2025. 

 

For 47 years, Penny and Emlyn shared a life rooted in faith, service, and generosity. Their commitment to giving—both of time and resources—touched countless lives through support of Christian ministries for children, summer camp experiences, public service initiatives, and access to higher education. These values were deeply instilled in their granddaughter Emmy, who embodied their spirit of compassion and joy from birth. 

 

To honor their legacy, the Jeffrey Girls—Alicia, Christin, and Rebecca—created the Jeffrey Family Memorial Foundation Fund. This fund continues the charitable work Penny and Emlyn supported so faithfully, while also embracing new causes that reflect Emmy’s vibrant heart and passions. 

 

Though their lives were cut short far too soon, their impact endures. We invite you to help carry their legacy forward by supporting this fund—ensuring that the love, generosity, and purpose they lived by will continue to uplift others for generations to come.
