At Legacy, we believe our success is rooted in the family environment we work to maintain.  We value our people as family, and that’s why we’ve created the Legacy Cares Relief Fund! 

The purpose of the fund is to provide emergency assistance to Legacy employees who are experiencing immediate unforeseen financial hardships, such as utilities, housing and shelter, medical needs, and funerals.

PLEASE NOTE due to IRS regulations, we cannot assist with lost wages due to reduction in hours or missed work. We can assist in situations of spousal or household income loss outside of those employed by Legacy Mutual Mortgage. The Legacy Cares Relief Fund was started by Dan and Josh and will continue to be funded by gracious donations from your fellow Legacy employees. All requests for assistance are reviewed and approved by the San Antonio Area Foundation.

Recurring gifts will be processed on the 1st and 15th of every month. If the 1st or 15th is on a weekend or holiday, your gift will be processed the following business day.
