Power Leader Workshops

Enroll in One, Enroll in All Four

Using guided discussion and self-reflection, participants in the Power Leader workshops will explore the following proven leadership concepts:

  • Values-Based Leadership
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Adaptability and Feedback
  • Resilience

These highly interactive sessions will be led by Guy Clumpner, President of HOLT Development Services.  Since 2015, Guy has been the lead facilitator for the HOLT Values-Based Leadership™ Fellows program, which has trained over 120 nonprofit leaders to date.

Some sessions require participants to complete a self-assessment (Johari Window, DiSC, and Emotional Quotient) and readings advance. The fee for these sessions includes the additional charge for these assessments.

Power Leader workshops are suitable for new learners as well as those who want to revisit previous learning.  The program is open to staff members at all levels.

Each workshop operates as a stand-alone session, although we encourage registrants to attend all four sessions.

Don’t delay – these sessions will fill quickly. Registration closes one week before the class date.

Scholarships may be available. Subject to funding availability. Contact learning@saafdn.org to inquire.
