Power Leader Workshops

Enroll in One, Enroll in All Four

Using guided discussion and self-reflection, participants in the Power Leader workshops will explore the following proven leadership concepts:

  • The Power of Values-Based Leadership and EQ Mastery
  • The Power of Adaptability and Feedback
  • The Power of Conflict Management
  • The Power of Resilience

These highly interactive sessions are led by Guy Clumpner, President of HOLT Development Services.  Since 2015, under Guy’s instruction, the Area Foundation and HOLT Development Services Inc. have been serving the community through the HOLT Values-Based Leadership™ Fellows program. In 2022, HOLT CAT and HDSI deepened their commitment to strengthening nonprofit leaders and launched the Power Leader Workshop series. Through facilitated discussions and self-reflection, participants explore core leadership principles, such as Holt Values-Based Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability to Feedback, and Resiliency.

Some sessions require participants to complete a self-assessment (TKI, Johari Window, the DiSC, etc.) in advance.  Each workshop is a 3.5-hour stand-alone session, although we encourage registrants to attend all four sessions. The fee for these sessions includes the additional charge for these assessments.

Power Leader workshops are suitable for new learners and those who want to revisit previous learning. The program is open to staff members at all levels.

NOTE: Registration closes 3 weeks in advance of class to allow participants to complete the assessment

Funding Support may be available. Subject to availability. Contact learning@saafdn.org to inquire.
